Ever since our inception, Cotton Yarn has been our biggest business segment. Currently we import and indent about 5000 plus FCL’s of Cotton Yarn from Pakistan and India every year. In doing so, we are one of the largest suppliers of Cotton Yarn from Pakistan and India to the Chinese market. We maintain excellent relations with all major Spinning units of Pakistan & India. At present we represent about 65 Pakistani and 20 Indian Cotton Yarn brands. Besides this, we also have good sourcing options from Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, etc. Our main items here include:

Knitting Yarns: NE 7/1, 8/1, 10/1, 16/1, 20/1, 21/1, 24/1, 26/1, 30/1, 32/1, 40/1, in both Carded & Combed.

Weaving Yarns: NE 16/1, 20/1, 21/1, 32/1, 40/1 in both Carded & Combed.

Shuttle less Quality Weaving Yarns: NE 16/1, 20/1, 21/1 & 32/1 Carded.

Denim Yarns: NE 7/1, 8/1, 10/1, 12/1, 16/1 SIRO Spun Yarns, Core Spun Yarns & Slub Yarns in CD & CM Weaving.

2 ply Yarns: NE 20/2, 21/2, 32/2 etc, for knitting and weaving applications, in both CD & CM.

makers. This item was the result of 2 years of hard work. When we started selling SIRO Yarns to China, only 2 suppliers in Pakistan had the facilities to make this type of yarn. Now, more than 45 mills of Pakistan make SIRO Yarns.

At the 2012, Beijing Yarn-Expo, we became the first indenter to market BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) & TBC (Towards Better Cotton) Certified Yarn Suppliers from both Pakistan & India, in count ranges from NE 7/1 up to 40/1 CD/CM, for both knitting and weaving applications. At present, our major export markets include China, Hong Kong, Korea, Turkey, Taiwan, Bangladesh etc. Apart from our offices, we have a strong agent network in Bangladesh, Turkey and Korea, and always encourage good agents/traders to work with us.

Tamanna Fashions, our sister concern, based in Mumbai, India sources the top brands of finer counts. The quality of Indian Fine Counts, is better than that of Pakistan, due to India’s superior fiber length of Cotton. These high-quality counts, are sold in the Hong Kong, China and European markets.

We have a very strong Quality Inspection team, both in Pakistan & India, which carries out many tests to determine the quality of the yarns. They start right from the Raw Cotton, and inspect each and every detail, from the Blow Room stage to the final Laboratory and Packing stage. If we do not feel the quality is right to ship, we reject the containers and ask for fresh and improved production.

Some of the various tests our Quality Controllers carry out include, the Actual Yarn Count Test, the CLSP, Hairiness, IPI, TPI, TM, CV% of U%, CV% of Count, RKM, Cotton Grading, Tare Weight, Carton Condition Check, Cone Test etc.
